    • ½ tsp Brown sugar

    • ¼ tsp Chipotle chili powder
    • ¼ tsp Ground pepper
    • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Spicy Mayo:
    • 60g (¼ cup) Mayo
    • 2 tbsp Sriracha
    • 2 tsp Fresh lime juice
    • Pinch of Salt
  • Bowl Components:
    • 2 cups Jasmine rice (or any kind of grain), cooked
    • 1 Large ripe Avocado, sliced
    • 160g (⅔ cup) English cucumber, sliced ¼”
    • 160g (⅔ cup) Carrots, julienned
    • 160g (⅔ cup) Edamame, cooked
    • 2 Green onions, sliced thin
    • Black and white sesame seeds, toasted

Directions:

Salmon:

  1. Remove the skin from the salmon and dice it into 1″ cubes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix salmon with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, smoked paprika, chipotle chili powder, and ground pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add salmon and sear for 2 minutes on each side until a golden crust forms.
