  • 1/2 cup diced onion

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped, plus more for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
