Ingredients:

  • 120 grams (1 cup) oats
  • 1 large apple, peeled and chopped
  • 45 grams (3 tablespoons) honey
  • 5 milliliters (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
  • 2.5 grams (1 teaspoon) ground cinnamon
  • 2.5 grams (1/2 teaspoon) baking soda
  • 2.5 grams (1/2 teaspoon) baking powder
  • 45 grams (3 tablespoons) yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 grams (1 tablespoon) butter or coconut oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a blender or mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for 1/4 of the oats. Blend or process until smooth.
  3. Stir in the remaining 1/4 of oats into the mixture.
  4. Line a smaller sized baking pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it.
