- 340 g (3 cups) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 340 g (3 cups) shredded hash browns
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
