  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 480 ml (2 cups) marinara sauce
  • 4 slices of mozzarella cheese (about 120 grams)
  • 4 French rolls

Directions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Breading: In a small bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried basil.
  3. Bread the Chicken: Press each chicken thigh or breast into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring both sides are evenly coated.
