  • 4 halibut filets (~1″ thick, about 600 grams total)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Prepare the Halibut: Season the halibut filets with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Place the filets in a baking dish.
  3. Bake the Halibut: Bake the seasoned halibut in the preheated oven for 6 minutes.
  4. Prepare the Topping: While the halibut is baking, mix together the softened butter, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, finely chopped green onion, crushed garlic, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
