  • 226 grams (1 cup or 2 sticks) butter
  • 7.5 grams (1 1/2 teaspoons) baking soda
  • 2.5 grams (1/2 teaspoon) salt
  • 450 grams (3 cups) blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 50 grams (1/4 cup) granulated sugar
  • 15 grams (1 tablespoon) corn starch

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Melt the butter and pour it over the oatmeal mixture. Mix until the ingredients are incorporated and crumbly.
  4. Press 2/3 of the oatmeal mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking pan, saving the remaining 1/3 for the topping.

  6. Pour the blueberry mixture over the bottom crust in the baking pan.
  7. Crumble the remaining oatmeal mixture over the blueberries to form the topping.
