- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
Pizza Dough
- Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer with a dough hook. Mix for 1 minute and let the dough rest for five minutes.
