- 1 clove of garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- 20 g (approximately 0.7 oz) of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme, leaves removed
- 25 cl (approximately 8.5 fl oz) of liquid cream
- 80 g (approximately 2.8 oz) grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
