Ingredients
- 5 large eggs

- 1 cup (240ml) milk
- 1 cup (113g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons (10g) fresh basil, sliced and packed
- 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon (1.25g) black pepper
- 1-2 fresh Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
Directions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, egg whites, milk, shredded mozzarella, sliced basil, garlic salt, and black pepper. Whisk well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Prepare Baking Dish: Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) pie plate or an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan with cooking spray or a light coating of oil.
