  • 50 grams (1/4 cup) granulated sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

For the Cheesecake:

  • 2 blocks (16 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 60 grams (1/4 cup) sour cream
  • 60 grams (1/4 cup) caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 50 grams (1/4 cup) sugar
  • 5 grams (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
  • 2 grams (1/2 teaspoon) kosher salt
  • 1 gram (1/4 teaspoon) ground cinnamon

For the Topping:

  • 2 apples, peeled and chopped
  • 165 grams (3/4 cup) firmly packed brown sugar
  • 60 grams (1/2 cup) all-purpose flour
  • 40 grams (1/2 cup) old-fashioned oats
  • 1 gram (1/2 teaspoon) ground cinnamon
  • 1 gram (1/4 teaspoon) kosher salt
  • 115 grams (1/2 cup) butter, softened

Directions:
