Ingredients:

  • 1 tube (approximately 227g) crescent dough
  • Cooking spray, for greasing the pan
  • Flour, for dusting the surface
  • 1 wheel (approximately 227g) of brie cheese
  • 120g (1/2 cup) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 30g (1/4 cup) chopped pecans
  • 6 sprigs of rosemary, each cut into 1-inch pieces

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the crescent dough and pinch together any seams. Cut the dough into 24 squares and place each square into the muffin tin slots.
  3. Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and place them inside the crescent dough squares.
  4. Top each square with a spoonful of cranberry sauce, a sprinkle of chopped pecans, and a piece of rosemary.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until the crescent pastry turns golden brown, approximately 15 minutes.
