Ingredients:

  • 16 oz frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Prepare a pie pan with baking spray.
