  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 60g (1/2 cup) breadcrumbs
  • 30g (1/3 cup) grated Pecorino cheese
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • 170g (1.5 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: chili pepper flakes and fresh basil for garnish

Directions

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, soak the chicken pieces in milk for 20-30 minutes.
