- 120 milliliters (1/2 cup) soy sauce
- 15 milliliters (1 tablespoon) sesame oil

- 80 grams (1/3 cup) chopped green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Bowls:
- 454 grams (1 lb) package rice noodles, prepared according to package directions
- 2-3 cups cooked white rice
- Sriracha Mayo

- White sesame seeds
- Green onions, sliced
Directions:
