  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 packages taco seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 5 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese
  • 24 ounces mild Pace salsa
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Green onions
  • Sour cream
  • 1 package of lasagna noodles

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Brown the beef until no longer pink, drain, mix in taco seasoning, and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine eggs and ricotta cheese, then stir to create a creamy mixture.
  3. In a baking dish, arrange lasagna noodles, using approximately five noodles for a large lasagna.
